Inside one of the tunnels in insect men’s den one conman is
suddenly confronted by a wandering girl [Joe]
Man panics at seeing a stranger-- inside the cave- but kid
how did you get in here? He asks.
I came here about an hour ago ,I was just
exploring this area and roaming around ,got lost here, this seems to be a very interesting
place, is it not?- Joe asks innocently putting up an act.
Man- not so interesting! You will have to come with me to
the “boss”
Meanwhile in the huge store room zeek and Garth wait
Garth [looking impatiently at his watch]- they will take Joe
to the control room ,and the sand particles
Will go on dropping on the way and they will show us the
way.
In the control room man ushers in Joe in to the room of
Kassel and Vance the bosses of insect men—“this kid was wandering right inside
the secret place
Kassel- it is that girl who was with that old man!
Vance-we had sent these two to professor lumiere with that
communicator.
Joe plays for time-“my father is not so old, overgrown beard
and moustaches make him look older”
Man accompanying Joe scolds her –“keep your mouth shut kid”!
Kassel-“how did you reach here?”
Joe-oh I and my father made some calculations and we arrived
at the conclusion that you people could not be aliens from outer space, so we
came out here to explore. I am happy that I found you; I was telling pa and
others that this is the valley!
Vance [interrupting Joe]-
others! Who?
Joe- people from around these parts you know they are all
spread out here and watching all this[joe bluffs]
Meanwhile n the storeroom an anxious zeek is asking Garth-
what if they kill Joe also like they did to Sam.
Garth- no! They will not kill her I have made sure of that!
In the control room Kassel
is questioning Joe-how many men are looking for us out here?
Joe – I do not know exact figure but if you catch them all
and bring them here maybe I will be able to tell you if anymore are left out.
Vance pulls a gun on Joe but Kassel stops him-no! First let
us make sure she is telling the truth.

Vance is making an announcement----‘a’ division to start
patrolling all hiding places,
‘A’ and ‘b’ divisions to search the whole area in three
squire mile radius; if you find any outsider bring him here! Alive or dead!
Zeek and Garth also hear the announcement in their hiding
place in the store room
Garth- zeek our trick has worked out well.joe has managed to
send 2/3 of them out in search of us!
Zeek-yes Garth come
now let us go to her.
Meanwhile Joe ---what is this talk about Alive or dead? Even
if there is some hand to hand fight...Why do you have to take such harsh
measures ?
Kassel- shut up brat! And sit down!
“Insects” venture out of their secret hiding places looking
for any intruders from outside the area.
Garth and zeek watch them go from their hiding place---zeek...Look
there they go now…it is time for us to make our move now!
Zeek- ok. We will take joe’s rifle along with us she is a
good shot!
Garth – follow the trail of sand grains which joe has left
while I will look out for the security guards!
Garth- zeek!somebody is approaching!
Zeek- I can make mincemeat out of them if you will ask me
to, I am an expert shot and i can shoot the buttons off their shirts.
Garth- show your skills later, we will work quietly as far
as possible, for now keep you back against the wall …
Zeek---hmm..
“oh. Bolan what is that?
“it seems somebody has dropped his handkerchief”
“it must belong to one of our group”
How can anybody amongst us have such a clean handkerchief?
Garth and zeek have hoisted themselves up between two
opposing walls of the narrow passage way. suddenly Garth dives making a lunge
for bolan’s neck!

Garth falls to the ground hitting ou with his outstretched
right leg upwards at the rifle arm of one guard while the other is just about
to aim his rifle he is struck on the head fom above by zeek with his rifle
butt,zeek gleefully exclaiming-“take that” and garth appreciates his effort!
Garth has broken the radio while falling to the ground and
zeek asks him how will they contact professor lumiere as the radio is broken
now. Garth has other better ideas [of communication] on his mind.
Meanwhile in Washington---“professor lumiere says that he
has new and important information but he refuses to reveal what is it and how
did he get this information”
“he say that he will tell it to the president himself”—a
presidential aid is on telephone talking to white house.
Professor lumiere interjects “and that too one on one and
not on telephone!”
“O.k. professor our officer will get in touch with the
president and will inform you”
Lumiere--- hurry up!
Garth and zeek are following the trail of sand in search of Joe
and “insect’s” control room in their mountain den----
Garth-we must be close to the control room now!
Vance asks Kassel-“what if the girl has told us a lie? It is
not a good thing that most of our men should go so many miles away in search of
outsiders!”
Kassel-if we do not get any news of their capture within
next 10 minutes we shall kill her![Joe overhears their plan to kill her and is
alarmed]
Garth [outside the control room]-that seems to be the door
of the control room1
Zeek -what if it is locked from inside and if we try to
force it, will they kill Joe?
Garth- wear this mask zeek and stand in front of the eye hole in the door and if asked respond
that you are bolan whom we knocked out!
There is a loud knock on the door after thirty seconds!
Kassel-“who is it”
Bolan—comes the answer.
Vance “ I will have a look”

Zeek[in an “insect man” mask-]to vance peeping from eye lens
in the door, while garth has hidden himself by the side of the door—“ I am
bolan!.....reporting”
o.k says vance as he
presses a button by the side of the door…
zeek --[taking off
the mask…thinking to himself…even as the door is opening slowly]-how I fooled
them ,it seems I have put on a good act!
Garth suddenly bursts in to the room as the door is suddenly
crashed in to the gun holding arm of the waiting vance…
Joe exclaims—garth! So you have arrived!
Garth suddenly launches himself through the air like a human
missile head butting in to the midriff of an obese Kassel taking the wind out
of his fat body knocking him backwards.
Zeek gets in to the act- [crashing his rifle butt in to the
cheek of vance sprawled on the floor before he tries to get up]--- Joe ,I have
brought your rifle!
Alarm bells go off in
the hiding place in the caves-
Garth—it seems
somebody has found the security guards we had knocked down in the
passage.. joe you guard the door ,and zeek you help me out in propping up this
table against the door….can you and joe hold them off for a few minutes?
Yes! Don’t worry Son they have not seen us in action yet!
Joe –[firing through the doorway]—one down! If he is not
dead , at least he has become wiser!
Meanwhile in Whitehouse---president of u.s.a.—lumiere we are
still waiting for your friend garth to come on the radio and confirm that
“insects” are disguised men and not aliens.
General Silvestor-mr president it all seems like gossip, we
are told that that there is somebody on the other side of radio but nobody
responds when questioned
Lumiere- garth is in “insect’s” citadel, he can only speak
when he feels safe!
Suddenly –“look at the screen an insect!” cries out a
presidential aid standing behind professor lumiere

The “insect “ on communicator screen speaks out---mr. president ,is
professor lumiere there along with you?,has he told you some terrible things
about us not being from outer space?
Lumiere[thinking]-“oh! What!
President—yes but be patient!, I have not believed his word!
Insect-“no?”that is sad…”insect removes the mask and[garth]
speaks---“because it is true and at the
moment iam in their control room and making contact in a similar manner as they
did!
Professor [uttering loudly]----GARTH!
Garth- hello professor ,here we are not getting the
pictures, we can only hear you!..joe and zeek are holding up many men posing as
insect aliens ,but they may not be able to hold on for too long, therefore mr.
president, send help quickly!
But I will say one more important thing, professor... listen
carefully!
“You were surprised that if the insects were men how could
they blow up Lincoln’s head at Rushmore memorial at 10 seconds notice? It has
only one answer!
“Mines must have been planted there beforehand and were
exploded by radio waves; therefore whoever selected the Lincoln’s head at
Rushmore is in league with the insect men”
Suddenly general Sylvester whips out a gun knocking down the
communicator and shouting angrily-“president gets killed if anybody moves an
inch”
President[startled at the revelation]- general you were
behind this ghastly conspiracy?
Sylvester-yes it was my plan! And do you know why?”One year
ago I came across a secret memo from which I learnt that you selected me as your
aide so as to prevent me from becoming commander!”
Now I have shown that you did not honor talent!
President- Sylvester! Drop the weapon!
