Fungus ultimately begins to shrivel up.
For two days continuously there is no sunlight on the planet

Algol- tropos look whole fungus is burnt up.
Tropos-- splendid, now remove that smoke cover and now ask
that wizard from earth to order my sister moya to return back.
Bidle establishes mental telepathic contact with garth—
My genius has saved the day for tisho that girl and her
companions may now return.

Garth- my work here is finished, when can I return to
earth?garth asks bidle on mental telepathic beams.

even radio telescopes have no access.

Garth [thinking to himself]- I am stranded here in space, a
plaything for bidle to conduct his experiments! I should have listened to
lumiere’s advise!
Moya- garth! What has happened?
Garth-nothing moya! You have to return to tisho, your planet
is now safe!
Moya –tisho is safe? Oh garth come with me to tisho you will
be accorded honor befitting a warrior

Garth—I believe you will be,but I am sorry this can not

roam the space on the whims of that madman bidle?
..if I break off he mental communication with him it would
disable him…. I can do it but no! I will not do that ..i will return to the
earth ,if only to wring his neck.
Garth[to moya]- no1 moya you have to accompany your young
friends[back to tisho], I will inspect the space chariot!
Preparations are made for fifty years journey back to
tisho---
Garth –all the instruments have been preprogrammed for
return journey
Garth this is a vessel full of hypnotic sedative potion ,
algol must have forethought that this will be needed..

Garth-sylvan and his friends are carrying large blocks of
ice from some deep caves
We will keep them in the lower part of the ship to lower the
temperature so that there will be no overheating in the space
Moua and her three companions are given sedative potion for
the long space voyage to tisho…
Garth [to moya] – you will fall asleep now and will not
remember any of this when you wake up… wish you happy dreams..
Moya- garth please kiss me before we say goodbye..
Moya- I will see you and me together in tisho in my
dreams…we…oh![fall asleep]

While the arboreal tree people venture out to hunt in the
open plains without any fear garth tries to establish contact with professor
bidle on earth
Garth-Farewell
sylvan![to bidle][on mental beam—I have to return to earth immediately bidle
answer me!
Bidle[to lumiere]- Garth seems disturbed he will have to wit
there for sometime while I chalk out his future journeys in to space.
Garth- no answer! He has broken off contact..he is the only
person who could bring me back to earth.. iam helpless…. I am stuck!
Meanwhile on earth professor lumiere tries to persuade bidle
to bring Garth back to earth- bidle I beg you please return the spirit of garth
to this empty shell of his body take my everything.
Bidle- no lumiere science needs Garth..[Holds his head in
agony]
For the first time we have a living thinking logical means
to explore space and the one who would honestly report back to me the the results of exploration.
Lumiere-suppose garth refuses to do that?
Bidle’s eye gleam and he stammers he will obey my orders I
am the only man who can bring him back to earth! Oh my head it seems to split!
Bidle staggers and begins to lose consciousness---“oh my
head!”
Lumiere- bidle you are unwell I will call a doctor
Bidle- lumiere I am tired! Even a genius of my ability has
undergone a lot of pressure in sending a human spirit so many lacks of mile in
deep space..
…but I have unlimited powers I have learnt primitive and
occult powers and ancient arts of sorcery… I can summon the powers of which
weak are scared believing them to demonic powers!
Lumiere-[thinking]-bidle sent Garth in to space using his
brain power and that brian is now about to burst!
Bidle- only weak persons call powers like mine demonic
powers… I will summon devas the associate of lord of destruction belial to help me out!
Lumiere- bidle ! stay there! I am going to call a doctor!
But a hyper exited bidle in a maniacal fury throws lumiere
in to one corner of the room..
Doctor! You old fool! I will kill you if you try to go
