starting a series of video lectures in feild of ultrasonography--"COLOUR DOPPLER[DUPLEX] ASSESSMENT OF DEEP VENOUS THROMBOSIS,["first one in this series] collected over a period of last 2 years while surfing the net,my interest in this feild was aroused after i found myself leading a futile existance employed as a company doctor in a factory of bharat electronics limitd in the backwaters of [then] uttar pradesh ,bel kotdwar[now inuttaranchal] is a grave yard for professional doctors,doctors employed in PSUs like BEL are considerd  morons ,good enough for treating common colds,diorrheas and so on,after having undergone training in basics ofUSG,i have now graduated to more complex feild of colour doppler of various areas and echocardiography etc,gradually  i have found my lost pride back,while subjecting myself to rigorous self training and in the process i have been able to earn a little respect from our employees at bel kotdwar.more on the subect in my subsequent posts
